Attention: Semester tests will be held Wednesday and Thursday this week. Students have been informed of any test exemptions they may have. Exempt students may be excused from attendance during that period, but must have parent permission. For questions, refer to the school handbook or contact the school.
There is another change with the Girls Basketball Games in McIntosh on Saturday. Due to their lack of numbers, it will be a Girls Varsity competition only starting at 1:00 PM Central Standard Time. Go Thunder!
The girls basketball games on Friday in Bowdle will start at 4:30 PM with two middle school games. The JV game should start at 6:30 PM followed by varsity. Also, the girls JV game on Saturday in McIntosh will be 2 quarters starting at 1:00 PM Central Standard Time followed by the Girls varsity game. There is NO boys games on Saturday as McIntosh does not have enough players for a boys team. Go Thunder!!
Reminder, this evening we will have our PK-12 Christmas Concert in the Bowdle High School Gymnasium at 7:00 pm. The juniors will be putting on the cookie walk starting at 6:00 pm.

On Saturday, December 7th there will be a 2024 Thunder Basketball Kick-Off held in Roscoe starting at 4:00 PM. There will be 3 on 3 competitions, shooting games, and other fun activities for all boys and girls in grades 2nd - 5th grade to participate in. The kick-off is free to attend. Come on out and support the Thunder Basketball Programs as they start their seasons!!

The Bowdle School Board will have a special board meeting on October 7th, 2024 at 5:30pm. The board will explain joint powers and whole grade sharing, have the Department of Education provide insight on Bowdle School District’s situation from the state’s perspective, and gather public feedback on joint powers.
